In line with the implementation of the memorandum of 1400 regarding the construction of 10,000 megawatts of power plant capacity by the country’s industries between the ministries of energy and security, today (June 8, 1402) in an agreement meeting between the company “Management of the Iranian Electricity Network” and “Quds Semnan Power Plant” for The first power plant built by Energy Industries in the country with a capacity of 366 megawatts was exchanged for unlimited electricity supply.
In this meeting, which was held in the presence of Mustafa Rajabi Mashhadi, the CEO of the Iran Electricity Network Management Company, Seyed Zaman Hosseini, the manager of the power plant construction project of the country’s industries, the CEO of Qods Semnan Power Plant, and representatives from the Ministry of Safety and IMIDRO, Rajabi Mashhadi, the CEO of the Iran Electricity Network Management Company, with Referring to Article 4 of the law on removing obstacles to the development of the electricity industry, which emphasizes the construction of power plants by industries, he said: After the exchange of memorandums between the ministries of energy and power, fortunately, the implementation of the construction of a 5,000 megawatt power plant has begun, and due to the good reception of the industries, the demand for construction The power plant has crossed the ceiling of 10,000 megawatts and has reached more than 14,000 megawatts.
He added: Iran’s Electricity Network Management Company is taking action regarding the exchange of energy supply agreements with relevant industries, power plants included in the agreement and regional power companies regarding the supply of electricity without restrictions to industries.
The spokesperson of the electricity industry said: According to the terms of the agreement, the industries that build a power plant within the framework of the MoU of the Ministry of Energy and Safety can supply their electricity needs through the built power plant and supply the electricity produced in excess of their consumption needs to other industries. ; In this case, the contracting industries of these power plants will not be included in consumption management programs.
